One of the best Mexican restaurants in town, service is friendly. Prices are good. You get you food fairly quick. And the food is great.

My husband and I eat here anytime we don't know what we want. This is our go to spot. Always good service. Super friendly. Refills are always on time. Food is spot on with amazing flavor and great presentation. Has a bar, but doesn't seem to have a standing tender. All drinks can be delivered to the table. Definitely one of the best spots in Taft.

The food was great. But with only one waitress doing both sides of the restaurant she was way to busy had to wait awhile for drink refills. Other than that it was good.

This spot sure knows how to take care of their clients. Always with a very kind mindset. The food is conveniently priced, constantly delicious and clean.

The Food is superb! I had a shrimp cocktail that was as big as a bowl if soup! A lot of flavor and very generous portion of shrimp! I definately will eat at this place again! The only thing bad I can say is they need more help! We ask the waitress several times for napkins and straws!

La Salsa is probably my favorite restaurant anywhere. Hands down best chips and salsa! The Tex Mex Salad is my fave, but seriously, I haven't had a bad dish here, and have never heard of anyone else having a negative experience of any kind here. Exceptional customer service too!

Local ghetto fab mom pop shop. Love the soup! Pupusa is larger than next door tamale store. Salvadoran food. Staff doesn't really speak English, point at the photos.Ordered food to go.- $3 Pupusa, no vegan option. It was fairly large but SO liked next door better cause of the crispness.- $12 Soup de pata (cow food soup) was lovely. Light, tomatoe taste is light too, had different veggies and come with 2 pupusas-no cheese breads for dipping.Located by MacArthur park in Westlake.

The friendly server advised on a salad that couldn't be best. It's one of their specialty meals and I cannot express into words how deliciously seasoned were the shrimp and meats. They had a choice of dressing but even without one I fell in love with salads again. Definitely a place to revisit and try other menu items.

The place offers a great variety of fresh food. I loved dining here. Staff members are always welcoming, prices are fair and the place is always kept clean.
